International Winter Institute for Business Management (IWIBM) ONLINE for 2021

The International Winter Institute for Business Management (IWIBM) is a three-week undergraduate program offered ONLINE by the Gustavson School of Business at the world renowned University of Victoria. This program provides an overview of how social ventures work and how service organizations can best design themselves for effective and professional customer service.
Students can study one or two courses: Social Entrepreneurship and Service Management. Each course is 39 hours. (Equivalent to 3.0 North American credits each or 6.0 for both courses.) The program is a combination of lectures, group discussions and student presentations. Classes will be a combination of live Zoom sessions and pre-recorded lectures and videos. Students will have online discussion groups with participants from around the world.
Program dates: January 27 to February 12, 2021
Tuition fee: $3,937.50, includes tuition, materials and tax. (Students can register for one module for $1,968.75)
