Treatment of Eating Disorders: Training for Mental Health Professionals

This five-day course (over 5 weeks) will cover the treatment of eating disorders in the child, adolescent and adult age ranges. You'll learn about therapeutic approaches including: individual assessment and therapy family approaches inpatient, outpatient and day patient approaches inpatient refeeding in severely malnourished patients You'll also learn about the development of eating disorder services and management of severe and enduring eating disorders (SEED).

The aim is to help you prepare for a career in the eating disorders field. You'll gain a certificate of attendance at the end of the course provided you've attended 80% of it.
