Cyber Security: Fundamental Technologies of Cyber Security

This program track is focused on the technical aspect of Cyber Security. We invite you to join us for this course as we examine the fundamental technologies of cyber security systems, including: Block Chain; Cryptology; Hash Function; Crypto-Techniques; Asymmetric Encryption; and much more. Students interested in this track should be majoring in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Students not in these majors may still apply provided they have a course background in these areas or in Math. Students should have taken at least one prior course in Programming Language (Java, C). Students in this track have the option of participating in TAU’s Cyber Week for an additional cost.

One TAU credit is equivalent to 2 ECTS credits

Entry requirements:
Students interested in this track should be majoring in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Students not in these majors may still apply provided they have a course background in these areas or in Math. Students should have taken at least one prior course in Programming Language (Java, C). Applicants must have a grade point average of at least 80% (3.0/4.0 scale). Students in this track have the option of participating in TAU’s Cyber Week for an additional cost.
